All parcels are sent via Australia post and arrival can take up to 5 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you for your information. However, I do encourage you to choose the insurance option at checkout, as Home Mind Soul can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
My shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of $10.00
Pick Up -
Free local pick is available for all customers. Home Mind Soul is based in Southern River Perth and I am more than happy for you to come and pay me a visit.

Any order over $100 is FREE SHIPPING
If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Home Mind Soul is not liable as I have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent (Australia Post for Australian customers & your local postal service for International customers). Unfortunately I am not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.
Please choose carefully as I do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. There are NO exchanges or refunds on sale items. If there is a fault with the product I will happily exchange or refund, including return postage.
I will always package my products safely to ensure they arrive at your door in the same condition they left mine. However in the unlikely event of your item getting damaged in transit, please email me with photos of the damage within 2 days of receiving the item at email@example.com.
